I’m having car problems; how can I get help?
Start by downloading our app from the Apple app store/ Google Play store. Search for Tinker DIY and follow download instructions. After you create your profile, you can make a video call through the app to be connected to an Expert in real time!
Which forms of payments do you accept?
We currently accept credit/debit cards, Apple and Google Pay.
When do my calls expire?
Call tokens will expire after 365 days after purchasing
How do I reconnect with an Expert from a previous call?

Follow the steps below to reconnect with a specific Expert.

  • Open the Tinker app and tap on the “Activity” tab.
  • You will see a list of all the Experts you’ve previously spoken with.
  • Select the call you want to review.
  • On the call details screen, you will see the name of the Expert and a “Reconnect” button at the bottom of the screen.
Oops! My call dropped! How do I rejoin?

If your call drops during a call with an Expert, you will be given the option to rejoin the call when you reopen the app within 5-minute timeframe. You will see the “reconnect” feature on the app.

For vehicle issues, please use the TinkerDIY app to connect with an Expert mechanic.
